Until blue eyes shoot wide open in shock and the hitter follows suit sitting up in bed.]

That's not the reaction I usually go for. [ Although she's thinking much of the same thing. She happened to be awake when Eliot moved, although with his almost violent jerk she would have been shortly after anyway no doubt. Well this was unpleasant... yeah it was unpleasant ]

[Eliot stared wide eyed at the grifter while his blue-grey orbs shifted between anger, accusation, trepidation, horror, and complete, utter shock. It cycled through the extremes several times before settling on some complex mix of them all.]
