no apologies. none. bloodyamericans November 28 2011, 17:26:38 UTC
[ Well this is interesting, and may take some explaining when Sophie wakes up. She remembers alcohol, friendly celebration with the team after completing another con and then more alcohol. And then... it's gone. Oh dear ]

[Yeah. No. Early morning sunshine should not hurt the way it does. Eliot groaned and rolled over, half naked torso pressing up against the other warm body in the bed....

Until blue eyes shoot wide open in shock and the hitter follows suit sitting up in bed.]

Fuck! Sophie!?

[Instantly, he winced. Ow, bad move. He fought Iraqi assassins that hurt him less.]

I am a terrible person (... okay I just wanted more tags with you :3) bloodyamericans November 29 2011, 00:59:40 UTC
That's not the reaction I usually go for. [ Although she's thinking much of the same thing. She happened to be awake when Eliot moved, although with his almost violent jerk she would have been shortly after anyway no doubt. Well this was unpleasant... yeah it was unpleasant ]

I will apologize ahead of time by saying I do not ship Eliot with Sophie. XD distinctive_guy November 29 2011, 01:04:25 UTC
[Eliot stared wide eyed at the grifter while his blue-grey orbs shifted between anger, accusation, trepidation, horror, and complete, utter shock. It cycled through the extremes several times before settling on some complex mix of them all.]

What the hell!?

[Not to mention Nate is going to kill him. And the others. God, he can't even imagine letting the others know.]

I'm just here for crack :D bloodyamericans November 29 2011, 11:04:14 UTC
Apparently we shared a bed. [ And going with the fact that she's naked in said bed ] And other things.

And the crack's so good! distinctive_guy November 30 2011, 00:35:38 UTC
[How was he supposed to reply to that? 'I'm sorry' was on the tip of his tongue, but his foggy brain caught up to him before he got the words out and smacked him a good one. You just don't apologize to a woman after getting out of bed with them like that. You just don't.]

Uh...

[Blaming it on alcohol is irresponsible, asking if she was alright seemed inconsiderate. Ah crap.]

Will there be trouble? [Like from Nate?]

I'm a grown woman, Nate isn't who you have to worry about. [ She'd handle Nate ]

We need to find a Nate. For EV, I mean. distinctive_guy December 1 2011, 23:36:10 UTC
That wasn't what I meant.

[No, there was a lot of things he had to worry about, but Nate going off the rails over this is still one of the top ones.

He drags a hand over his face and searches around to find something besides bed covers to keep himself decent.]

Oh definitely! bloodyamericans December 5 2011, 16:07:41 UTC
No? But you were thinking about Nate.

Are you in contact with the one from twilightzone still? distinctive_guy December 5 2011, 16:37:34 UTC
Nooo. [Small grimace.] Well, maybe, yeah.

Don't tell me you weren't.

Tea, the best way to get over this hangover, what I can remember of last night.

Earl grey and aspirin. [He muttered, answering the first two without thinking.]

And whatever happened last night, it doesn't happen again.

And I presume anything gentlemanly got left behind last night? [ Does she have to programme you again? ]

We wouldn't want to complicate whatever this is. [ But she agrees. There's one thing having sex with a 'colleague' but there's another when... well, she didn't feel that way about him ]

What, you want me to make you tea and cook breakfast? [Better not. He really hasn't stopped scowling yet.]

You asked, I answered. Didn't mean I was askin' you to get them for me.

... This is awkward 'nough as it is.
