[As Sawako walked towards Kazehaya, it was obvious that she had put a lot of thought into her attire. After all, she had spent most of her evening last night just finding something to wear that would be ideal for this evening. Wearing a beautiful sundress and a light sweater over her shoulders, she hoped that this evening at a dinner restaurant with Kazehaya would be one that they would surely remember. Even if it may not even turn out to be perfect, what Sawako cared about the most was that she would be able to spend a memorable time with him.]

[Something sure was funny the instant that she stopped talking however, as a whole mess of droll just happened to slip right out of her mouth and in front of him. See that drool falling to the floor now? Aww yeahhh.]

[ despite the delighted smile upon his face, he was actually a bundle of nerves underneath it all. a dinner date isn't something he has ever done before, so this will be his first time. he was very excited and has been looking forward to it since last night. ]
Don't worry! I actually got here a bit early. [ the point of arriving earlier than the appointed time was to get himself to calm down. it sort of worked. sort of. ]

S, Sorry! Was that too forward of me? [ annnnd, he's too nervous to receive a response, so he decided to head towards the general direction of the restaurant which is just a few blocks away. ]
[Sawako was of course speechless at the embarrassment that she already made in front of him. However, instead of a slight disgusted look from him, he had simply wiped away at her mouth with his own sleeved shirt. It was a complete surprise for her of course and before she could even say a thank you or anything at all, Kazehaya was already beginning to head towards the direction of the restaurant.]
K-kazehaya-kun...
[She hurried quickly by his side as they both began to heard to the restaurant now.]

[At his reassuring words, Sawako definitely felt much better. She was glad that he hadn't thought of her any different after all. Still, she would hope to somehow make it up to him for not only seeing her drool right in front of her, but also for making him wait a few minutes.
... However, something was already going wrong again and this time it was paranoia slipping into her head. Just why exactly was he asking her what she was going to plan on ordering? Was he perhaps plotting something? Would he tell the waiter to put some poison in it even!? No wait... this isn't like her at all, yet the paranoia...she couldn't resist.]
I-I.....I still don't know what to order. Maybe w-when...I see the menu.
[It was no use, the paranoia was getting worse by the second.]
Are we almost there, Kazehaya-kun? I...I don't really like being outside right now.
[ perhaps it would have been a smarter choice to ask her inside the restaurant. he was a little familiar with the menu, so he figured that would be a nice conversation starter. but, maybe he'll think of something else sooner or later ]

[ he noticed that. it was enough to make him step away from her, leaving this empty space between them - enough for even a large person to walk in between. he was definitely hurt by the gesture, but - he won't let it ruin their date. ]
[Well seeing as the paranoia had worn off now... Sawako wasn't expecting for Kazehaya's comment at all. Was he referring to her gesture just now? So he most likely noticed... She really didn't mean to do that on purpose.]
