...all right, also Dafydd. With 10.takerofthingsDecember 18 2011, 18:27:10 UTC
[Trees had their place, and that first encounter is still vivid in his mind, but it doesn't quite compare with collapsing in a sweaty tangle of sheets and limbs and Ace. He's already thinking that he needs to go. But as he rests his forehead against her shoulder, fingers tangled in her hair and heart still racing, he can't quite convince himself to pull back.]
[She still has to catch her breath, and until then she isn't going to wonder why he's staying. But when she does, she's gently sorting her legs away from around his, her fingers lightly skimming the marks in his back.]
[He blinks his eyes open as she shifts beneath him, then raises his head to look at her.
They'd been avoiding each other to the best of their ability since that day on the path, but Dafydd had found himself sent to Diamond Castle with a message. Either of them could have kept walking when they'd come face to face in an empty corridor. Neither of them had. Now they're here.]
[This time she's the one that kisses him, tongue flicking out to trace his lips. Then she's working her way out from under him, raising herself on her forearms.
It should have been once. It should never have happened at all.
But. Well. Here they were. And she isn't, honestly, that certain that she wants him to go after all.]
[He lets her out from beneath him, as he should, but then he reaches out to run a lock of her hair through two fingers. She hasn't been far from his mind, if he was honest with himself, but the firm realization that it shouldn't happen again has been right behind the memory every time.
Well. Had been. Damn.
One of them will come to their senses soon. But until then, he's going to lean forward and kiss her again, more softly than the scratches on his back might have suggested she'd like. She can always pull away.]
Instead, still propped up on one elbow, she's lifting the other hand to his cheek, tracing his jaw and then resting at his nape. It stays there as she kises him more firmly, tracing through the short hairs there. And it remains as she breaks the kiss, eyes shut, her lips still a hair's breadth from his.]
[As she pulls back, his eyes open halfway to scan her face. Her eyes aren't open and he shifts just enough to press a kiss on her cheek, just beneath her right eye, and then her left. The lock of silky hair is twined around his finger as he wonders, not for the first time, just what the hell he's doing, and what the hell she's doing, and what the hell they're doing together like this.
When he whispers, near enough to touch her lips, it isn't a question.]
It should stop here. But it isn't going to, is it.
[The laugh is really more of a huff, and her hand comes round to his lips, pushing him gently away.] No, I suppose it isn't.
[Her palm is over his mouth, but now she reorients her hand, rubbing her thumb across his lips instead. There's the slightest wistfulness in the smirk on her face.] Perhaps it would suit better if we simply continued it.
This is the flirtiest icon. It makes me giggle.takerofthingsDecember 19 2011, 10:23:40 UTC
[He's not entirely certain he's heard her correctly for a few moments, but that smirk isn't going away, and her hand hasn't dropped from his face. A slow smile begins on his lips and he lifts a hand to trail his fingers over the back of her hand.]
We shouldn't.
[But now it sounds less like he's trying to convince her and more like they're sharing the secret.]
dat smile <3 also, icon keywordsishineonDecember 19 2011, 12:03:45 UTC
So you're suggesting we let it build up again until the next time we see each other?
[She drops her hand from his face, tracing a finger along his collarbone.] We're lucky there was a bed this time around. And I can't avoid Clubs Castle forever.
Relevance!takerofthingsDecember 20 2011, 00:42:18 UTC
[Dafydd's smile gets a little bigger and he holds still as her fingers explore. The way they'd sparked, if there hadn't been a bed around there would have needed to be a closet.] Perhaps you're right. Shouldn't like anything embarrassing to happen. In either of our castles.
...Meet you back here, then? [Although perhaps they have time for just once more before he needs to slip out unseen.]

Everything seems like a good plan at the moment, especially when Säde's tongue flicks out to lap up a drop of sweat.
Come closer, Milady, come close and stay close.]
