( Sigyn looks up from where she's curled by the open window, turning to Loki. She isn't particularly surprised to see him so suddenly. She has, however, tired herself out, fretting over him and trying to help with the damage control. Still, it is a relief to see him there. )

And what have you been up to in my absence? [Which really is another word for banishment, of course.]

[armsopen]

( She raises her eyebrows. It's a bit flippant of a question, all things considered. ) What else? Worrying, among other things.

It appears you've been busy.

[hornedmalice]

Well, someone has to keep brother on his feet.

[armsopen]

And you have made that your duty?

( She shakes her head. ) And left me in the dark, of course.

[hornedmalice]

Not my duty, just my fun.

But telling spoils the fun.

[armsopen]

Pray tell, why have you come to find me today, Loki?

[hornedmalice]

I can't want to spend time with you?

[armsopen]

( She blinks and turns to face him on the window bench to make room for him next to her. ) I have no objections to that.

[hornedmalice]

[He moves to sit beside her, thoughtful now.]

Have you heard from Father?

[armsopen]

He has no quarrel with me - but I tend to avoid being in his presence.

[hornedmalice]

Intimidated? [Even Loki's a little afraid of the Allfather at times.]

[armsopen]

Of course. ( Even Sigyn, who is usually beloved or pitied, would rather not approach him. She hesitates before taking his hand. )

[He doesn't move away from it. It's something of a comfort right now, actually.]
