Hi! I got 5 8D holy_hand_print May 17 2012, 18:53:18 UTC
[Castiel was never going to get used to this. No really, the whole 'being human' thing was bizarre. Cas wasn't used to the fact that he didn't have the strength of heaven behind him anymore. It often annoyed him that it no longer took seconds to heal a wound. Now it took days. Everything was so slow. Minutes ticked by and Castiel would often find himself trying to go of acient texts in his mind to keep from going crazy ( ... )

[Dean had to admit, he kinda missed the days when a touch from Cas could mend their wounds or the angel could slay demons in the blink of an eye, but all things considered... the guy being a normal human was a fair enough pay off.

Meant he and Sammy always had company stuck in the backseat of the Impala, extra help on hunts... and things were getting better between him and Cas. He'd been angry at him, hurt, and God- he did the one fucking thing that was always off-limits and hurt his baby brother.

But he'd fixed that too- even went crazy for awhile on top of it. Sam's insistence that he'd forgiven Cas and that Dean should too wore down on him too.

Cas choosing to stay with them, with him had to be the dumbest crap he'd heard since Cas' decision to become God, but now he was grateful for it. Grateful to have at least one guy he considered family back. It was too damn small as it was ( ... )

[Castiel will never regret anything more then betraying Dean Winchesters trust. That night in the ring of holy fire, he could see the moment that their friendship broke apart. The look of betrayal in Deans eyes. It was impossible to fix things to be the way they once were , Castiel knew this. Yet he tried. He tried so desperately to win back his hunters affection ( ... )

[He was trying to get there... but it had always been hard for Dean to forgive anybody just like that. Cas... was Cas though and he was better around him than he had been, the anger fading. Mostly, he was just grateful the guy seemed to have his head screwed on straighter than he could have hoped.

Easier to forgive a guy that actually seems aware of everything.

But none of that was on his mind right now. Righ tnow, he was just grinning a little wider and giving a shrug. He couldn't talk about bathroom doors... hell, he left it standing wide open while he showered more often than not.]

Kinda inviting it there, man. I figured the door being open was an invitation.

[He took a step into the room and leaned on the counter next to the tub.] How, uh... how're you doin'?

[Closest Dean would get to prying into if Cas was adjusting well to the whole mortal thing.]

[There was those few months where Castiel had lost his marbles. He followed bees, avoided fights, spoke to flowers and had a serious crush on Meg.

It was a dark time.

But Castiel strapped on his big boy boots, fought the good fight got his head back in place and chose to live on as a human being. He was growing, learning. Two thousand plus years old and Dean Winchester was still teaching him. ]

It is not just the door that is open.

[Castiel replied, turning back to face the wall knowing just how what he had said sounded. Closing his eyes Cas' fingers curled in to the cold tile. He arched his back a bit letting the warm water spill down his spine, his head tilted back and the force of the spray pushed his bangs out of his face.]

....I got the hiccups the other day. It was rather alarming.

[Very dark, clearly. Though Dean couldn't complain... he might have been watching the bees, but at least he'd given his blood for the good cause in the end. Or at least the saving-the-world cause. Who the hell knew if that was good or not anymore.

Dean could eat pie and he wasn't in danger of being cattle for it, so life was good.

And neither Cas nor Sam were entirely psycho or in danger of wasting away. Even better.

The offer got him to quirk an eyebrow though and he debated it. There wasn't really another way to take it, was there? Huh...]

Sure about that?

[... He couldn't help a laugh at that, soft and warm as he slipped away from the counter in favor of drawing the curtain back to look at Cas.]

Seriously, dude? Sorry I missed that one.

[Castiel had meant what he said back then.

Always happy to bleed for the Winchesters.

Castiel opened his eyes, turning his head and his eyes met straight with Deans. There was no humore behind them, no sense of a 'joke' or 'prank'. It was just honesty.]

Yes.

[He replied quiet easily. Most would feel shame when Dean pulled back the curtain, after all Dean would see of of Castiel now. The former angel was in the nude, his dick hanging heavy between his legs as warm water dripped off of him. Castiel didn't mind though. He simply stared back.]

I may have panicked a bit. I realized I was overreacting when the patrons at the library began to give me dirty looks and telling me to be quiet.

[He gave another laugh, more genuine as he just pictured the scene at the library. Poor Cas... but yeah, it was still kinda funny. He couldn't help it, just like he couldn't help the way his eyes roamed down over Cas' body.

Dean appreciated a pretty face, regardless of gender. Might not act on it too much with guys, but... damn, Cas was just standing there, letting him look without an ounce of shame.

He took a step back to tug off his shirt and kick off his boots. Hey, Cas made an offer and Dean was taking him up on it. After he got his jeans off, he nodded his head, motioning he move.]

Make room, Cas. I'm gettin' in.

[Probably not his smartest idea, but... Dean wasn't always known for thinking thingsout all the time.]

[Dean Winchesters soul was this bright, pulsing thing of light full of love and affection. Castiel could remember what it looked like when he saw it as an angel. The hunter was most beautiful when he smiled, the love he had would make his soul shine even brighter at a moment like this. Oh how castiel longed to see it again.

Why would Castiel have shame? God created everyone beautiful in his imagine. Castiel appreciated each and every body on earth.

Though, honestly, he did like Deans best of all. Castiel watched carefully as Dean pulled off his shirt, his eyes glued on the ripple of muscles as he moved.

Always a good friend and thinking of other Castiel immediately backed up when told. He went to the far end of the shower, allowing the space of warmth and waterfall to be open for Dean to climb in. Cas was silent, but his eyes watched Dean carefully. Sometimes Cas stared. We all knew this.]

[He stepped under the spray to get wet and push his hair back before he reached out for Cas' hand, giving him a tug. Hey, normally, he'd protest the lack of personal space but it didn't seem to matter all that much considering they were in a tight space.]

Come here.

[He tilted his head, curious.] What were you staring at? [Like he didn't already know.]

[Even as an angel Castiel would let Dean tug him around like he was in control. Cas didn't mind stepping back and letting Dean do that. It made Dean feel better and really thats all the angel wanted, even if he didn't know it.

So Castiel went closer, the spray off of Deans body hit him and Cas was left looking up to the hunters face. 123. That was the number of freckles on Dean Winchesters body. Cas could remember the number from when he first put the man back together.]

You.

Yeah, and why's that, Cas?

[He shifted a little bit closer to Cas, bringing his hands up to rest on his shoulders. He squeezed lightly, rubbing lightly. His own eyes were trailing over Cas, taking him in.]

You know why.

[The former angel murmured, leaning in closer to the hunter as Dean placed his hands on Cas' shoulders and rubbed them gently. They were mere inches apart, if Cas just leaned in a little...

Castiel frowned, looking down to the floor of the shower as his brow wrinkled in confusion.]

You must know why.

[His lips quirked up slightly when Cas leaned in even closer. He wasn't stupid here... well, yeah, okay. Maybe he was. But he wasn't stupid enough to think showering together was a platonic activity or that Cas was giving him some pretty appraising looks there.

He leaned in a little closer, rubbing a hand down Cas' chest.] Yeah, well... maybe I just wanna hear what you want, Cas.

[Castiel closed his eyes when Dean strokes his chest. The former angel closed his eyes leanin closer to the hunter. Castiel sighed nuzzling Deans neck. How long had Castiel been in love with out even knowing it? The former angel hadn't understood the concept until Dean came in to his life, turned his world upside and taught the angel how to live. How to be human. ]

You.

[Castiels hand curled in to Deans chest the warm water falling around them before Cas finally looks up to meet Deans gaze. ]

I've wanted you for quite some time.
