[ as far as he knows, this is the weirdest thing he's been through. not including those conversations with Vexen during training days because those were just plain WEIRD, but that's besides the point. there's no time to think about that right now.

[There's quite a few close shaves, and once, Roxas even gets snagged by the collar. But by some miracle and by some very frantic bludgeoning, they manage to break loose before the wave of zombies overtake them. They rush inside the nearest shop, only barely managing to slam the door shut behind them just as the first of that wave of zombies comes crashing against the door. Roxas and Sora push themselves against it, hold it shut. The door shudders and jerks as bodies on the other side slam into it, even start pounding.]

[But it probably won't be until the noise dies down that they'll notice what the place they've taken refuge is.]

[Shotguns. Rifles. Semi-automatics. Handguns. Racks upon racks of them line the walls.]

[He thought for sure they were goners. It's less brain and more quick reactions that actually has them alive, pressing back against the door to stop themselves being eaten by the ravenous hoard. Roxas is just thankful they seem to be more along the lines of the stupid equation, rather than fast or intelligent.]

[And then he looks around and sees guns. Lots and lots of guns.]
