⑲ Locked in a closet → For some reason, you're locked up in a closet with someone else. Do you make nice and try to figure your way out or what?

Days like this one Loki wishes his Mother had not interfered with the Allfather's judgement. Mercy she begged for. But Odin can sometimes have a particular sense of humor. A cruel, twisted one.

Thor clearly approved of this punishment, he had himself gathered the most powerfull sorceresses in Asgrad - their Lady Mother included - and witnessed them as they marked a collar with rune spells that would keep Loki under their control.

Now Loki had to put with the humilliation of becoming these Midgarian's pet, working for them, only allowed to use his magic for their benefit.

Losing his head would have been a better fate.

*He's probably right. It would be a better fate for him. But, that's kind of why she adores this servitude. At least it's amusing.*

You ready, Loki?

That was legit RNG. XD

The sparring hadn't even left him breathing heavily. There was a reason Ravi spent most of his time going after non-human marks. Still, he couldn't resist seeing how she moved, how she reacted, and from the scent of things, her wiring ran the same way his did. He licked his lips, catching the salty taste of sweat, as he looked her over. Flushed and mussed, and absolutely delectable. "Let's make this interesting," he offered. "You win the next round, I'll go down on you."

[Lily stares at the street sign. Secretly, she's hoping it will turn into the one she needs, but she's fairly certain that's impossible. She shakes her head and turns to a passerby, hoping she'll prove more useful than the sign.]

Excuse me?

Olivia turns quickly to face the girl.
She looks uneasy, and shifts on her feet before stepping away.
"What?"

[Lily backs up a little, alarmed at her reaction. She puts on what she hopes is a friendly face. She definitely doesn't want to make this girl uncomfortable.]

Oh, um, sorry to bug you. I'm just lost. You know where the Museum of Fine Art is by any chance? I'm supposed to meet someone.

They've been here less than ten minutes and Crow already looks exceptionally bored behind the generic plastic faux-venetian mask he'd picked up for a couple bucks around the corner. He shoves his hands into the pockets of his slacks and surveys the venue as if he's simply looking for the bar, and not taking stock of exits, stairwells, dark corners, and the flow of the crowd. It was a windy art gallery converted for the evening into a party venue, not as open as he'd like, but rarely did anything in his work sit perfectly with him ( ... )

Hahaha, this'll go well. <3 karmaschameleon March 16 2014, 21:02:35 UTC
Why wouldn't someone think to hire them both? Because two people as good as they are at what they do is too much for one op to handle, clearly. They fall easily enough back into it, despite how long it's been. Crow's always been her favorite of her former Oz teammates. He's competent and professional and the verbal sparring doesn't hurt either, but trust comes slowly to her too -- always has -- and she's been burned twice with Grimm by trusting teammates too quickly. She's not making that mistake a third time ( ... )

She can go ahead and do stunning, but Crow has opted to blend as much as possible. Dark slacks, white shirt paired with a plain dark tie under a simple vest to keep it all together. There's nothing particularly grand or gleaming about his outfit or his mask, which is for the best. It's better for him if nobody remembers him later.

He does drop his hand into his pocket at her chastise and roll his shoulders back once. "'Might'," he repeats with a wrinkle to his voice. "Get back to me when that 'might' is gone, sunshine."
