More bad news to add on to my already shitty day.

I went to the doctor today to look at my sprained thumb. While I was there I mentioned that I needed more medication for my GERD (Gastro Esophagial Reflux Disease). He looked over my final test results and he said that I have Servere GERD and Esophagitis. What that means is that I may have cancer cells growing in my esophagus as we speak. Great

oh my goodness. i'm so sorry sweetie. i hope its just speculation at this point. have they run actual tests for that or is he just talking out of his ass? i hope he's just talking out of his ass! anyway, i hope things get better and this is all just one of those mistakes!

Yeah, the doctor just wants to be sure. I mean I try everything to prevent the heart burn from happening too long, so i have been careful. He said it's a possibility, but may not be likely. We will see.

Well, I still have to get my first opinion really. The doc said I may have some sort of cancerous cells, but he just wants to be sure that I don't. I will definately keep you up to date,
