Who: Gaignun and Jr.
What: In a rare display of impatience, Gaignun decided to take on his own plan.
When: Tuesday, August 18th, 1:00 AM.
Where: City Hall.
Warnings: The name Gaignun has a silent g in it.

There was a time for introductions, and a time for action. By the time most of the introductions had finished, Gaignun Kukai had already left the area. This wasn't a time to get to know each other, or to provide a solid listings of everyone's powers. What were needed were ideas. Plans. Time was most certainly of the essence, since most of the inhabitants knew that these things lasted a week at best.

Their week was slowly running out.

He had woken himself up without an alarm just before the clock hit one. This control over his body was proving itself to be a boon in more ways than one. He decided to forego the usual suit - it was late at night and even with his power, it would be too much to focusing on staying quiet than it should have been. Instead, he took on a much more casual look, dressed all in black. Were it not so late, one could assume he was going to a funeral.

The security at City Hall was a joke, even if all he had were his admittedly rusty skills. The night watch forgot to lock the door, they walked predictable patrols... he'd be in and out in no time, unless he found something intriguing. The Mayor's office was the first target on the list. Everyone and their mother on the island seemed to think she had a hand in something here. Hopefully, a raid on her office would provide fruit.

His eyes took in details faster than his senses normally would have allowed him. Nothing stood out on the surface... but then any respectable information wouldn't be held out on the surface. He sat down on the Mayor's chair and looked at her desk, rifling through drawers. One of them, as he found, was locked.

It wasn't locked for long.

And then his eyes widened. The Mayor's journal. This could be quite the find indeed. As he picked it up and flipped through the pages, his only regret was that these newfound powers didn't affect his memory. However, he still had a way of quickly getting things out.

Jr.! Wake up! I need your help.
