Takuma walked to the cafe.

Very, very slowly.

His initial reaction to the memory was shock. He was married?! Sure D was very handsome, had a kind heart, had a wonderful physique, was a hard worker and could provid-- NO! The fact of the matter was he was married. He was only eighteen right? Or were there memories of the future that were being obscured? Or maybe he was a lot older, vampires aged quite gracefully after all.

When Ichijou entered the cafe, D immediately felt his presence and looked up, his lavender gaze landing on the beautiful emerald-eyed youth in front of him. Married. He was his. And Takuma was blushing, his face pink, just like the day of their wedding...

Their wedding. Their union ( ... )

It felt natural, but at the same time, from what he's known, he's never given it to anyone. It was weird ( ... )

D nodded in response to Takuma's returned greeting. He felt a little light-headed, and D's usual quiet self seemed a little more talkative, and his kindness and politeness taken to a different level.

"...Have a seat," He instructed, gesturing to the chair.
