Aww! That was very sweet of you, and I will look forward to receiving it! It was very thoughtful of everyone, really, I don't mean to sound ungrateful... it's just seeing them all piled up together is a bit boggling. :) I guess it is kind of a gimme, though.
Happy to do so, though now I've played it a bit, I don't think the lawyers are actually, explicitly gay, just very, very fruity. But in this day and age, who knows? It's basically just a very simple text adventure, but it's a decent one, and I hope it catches on and helps reintroduce the genre--Loom on the DS? Be still my heart.
i have no idea. he will not let me have a turn! i do not think he's done any thing for the past three days but play the marble game. he sits up. raises himsefl on his elbows. i think he's so wrapped up in the game he does not even realize what he's doing. it's fantastic! i hope there are many more like it.
That's WONDERFUL news! Unfortunately, I'm not up all night any longer, but we've gotta figure out how to get on the phone soon. I want to pepper you with questions but, well... :) How exciting!
The only other one like that I know of is Super Monkey Ball, but I figured two would be overkill (and it just isn't as good). It was one of the launch titles, so it's probably available in the EU now, but if not, I will as always be happy to send it along (and when's the last time customs got me?).
My favorite games are Zoo Tycoon, Age of Empires, Nintendogs Chihuahua, and the cooking one.... Shit! You cook and do recipes and even blow on your food and everything. COOKING MAMA! That's it!
Also, I love my Wii, too, even if Jay never lets me play it now because he figured out how he could play Gamecube games on it. Between Resident Evil, Call of Duty, and YouTube, I never get to play with it anymore. ;_;
I too have been eyeing Nintendogs Chihuahua - it's got a boxer! - but, on the other hand... I have actual dogs to play with. Also, while I'm all about the new interactivity craze, I'm not sure I could handle actually talking to a video game. There are limits, even for me
( ... )
I can't seem to talk clearly enough for my dogs. OR ELSE THEY JUST DON'T WANNA LISTEN. >:(
You really can't do any of those things in AoE. It's not like the PC version at all. And as frustrating as its limited nature is to me, I still enjoyed playing it. The Joan of Arc campaign is one I especially enjoyed. :)
I'll tell Jay about Godfather. Gary, our neighbor, just gave him the last Gamecube version of Resident Evil so I'm not sure when we'll be going back to GameStop to pick up a new game. He also gave me some farming game. LIKE JAY WILL EVER LET ME PLAY IT.
