i can't take it anymore. people always tell me "pam you've lost weight" but i don't see it - at all. all i want to do is get into shape .. and from now on i'm going to do what i want. so.. starting right this moment i'm going to exercise more and eat alot healthier and alot less.

let's see how this works.

if you really want to lose weight (which you don't need to, but if you do,) don't eat breakfast, drink a snapple or something for lunch, and eat dinner. that's what i do, and even though i'm not skinny, it helps maintain my weight. <3

you have to eat breakfast... if you don't eat breakfast, your metabolism will run atleast 20% slower compared to if you do eat... it's a proven health fact... you have to have something when you wake up for your metabolism to digest, even if it's a glass of milk or orange juice... but you can't go without eating it... you should actually eat three proportioned meals a day... even if breakfast and lunch are meal replacement bars... just thought ya'd like to know...

as for pam -- you really don't need to lose weight... but if it's what you want, then good luck with it and we're here if you need support...
