Oh by the way I saw my own previous job advertised in the paper the other day.

They want TWO people to do the position that I just about managed to do ALL BY MYSELF.
Despite mentioning several times that there was far too much work in a single day for one person.

Now I'm gone they decide to listen to me.

I experienced that with my first job. As I was leaving I learned that both of my replacements had asked for, and got, 50% more than I was being paid. Pretty galling :(
