All the boys voices cracking...oh, the moaning half tones. Come summertime, we're all the same age here. All the tension and the terror, thin limbed gorgeous green eyes smiling, and I'm going straight to hell. All the possibility and promise just weighs on me so heavily ( Read more... )

I favor the Death penalty because it just helps our nations security. Lets just compare mexico and the U.S. Everyone in Mexico commits crimes and murder because hey, the worse taht can happen is Jail. There is nothign to fear. here in the U.S. u fear death, thats why ppl think about it a little bit more before they commit a crime.

Some ppl may say its expensive. THATS BULL!!! Death doesnt have to be expensive, the govt can jjust buy any cheap gun and any cheap bullets for the gun and kill the criminal. It is not expensive.

Another thing is that people may say that this is not humane and it violates a persons rights. But lemme remind u... THESE PEOPLE already degraded another human, these people already violated anothers right to live, therefore it should be an eye for an eye and they do deserve the death penalty

i am against the death penalty because it solves nothing. it is commiting the crime that they are being punished for to begin with. it only enforces retribution and shows distrust towards the individual. i think that alternatives could work better ( ... )

The justuce system in America is weak and deters no one from comitting crime, even more importantly, killing someone else. Our system is so soft, you can get three meals a day, an hour of relaxation, and a tv, and this is suppose to be punishment. When a person kills another person with oure hatred in his heart, he must be punished. We can no longer let those who murder innocent people and rape and molest children, stay free in our lax justice system. Those who argue that killing a murderer is letting him go easy and it is much harder to live everyday day of your life in jail. Well imagine this, how would fell everyday you countdown to your own death. That you will never live in the month of July again, that your final week has passes, and more importantly that your final day is upon you. This type of punishment is necessary to deter evil people out there from killing the innoncent and raping and molesting children. Our jail system is too lax and every since this country has been founded, corporal punishment has been an ( ... )

I am totally against the death penalty. I know they comitted a horrible crime, maybe killed or raped someone, but regardles of what they did, i think its wrong to go the "an eye for an eye" way. I say we just lock them up in prison for life... plus, they would struggle more and thats what they really deserve.

whoah the first question that i accutually had to think hard about

well honestly im neither for it or against it, i think it should be up to tyhe victims family...personally if soemomne killed one of my family members i would be hella upset but im not sure if i would kill them...killing a man to prove that killing is wrong isnt right...

i think them being locked up is probably worse than the death penalty. Especially knowing that they are probably getting raped in there, but then at the other side of the spectrum, wat if they become the leader of the gang?? then there thei in jail really isnt miserable!

so i dunno, i honestly cant answer that question until i have personal expierence in it, and i hope i never do.

well im off...Oh wat happend in the meeting iwth the nietos?
