So, in memory of the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918, no work today...

So far I have wasted the whole day doing absolutely nothing. ... It has been very nice!

I've been trying to write a Torchwood drabble but it just isn't coming together. I am very sad as I am sure that there is a story there, I just can't get it out....sigh....

And the perfect icon for the day! I have always loved this poem and was reminded of it recently when speaking with my sister's mother-in-law who is very involved in making poppies for Remembrance day in Wales...
