Since I broke my leg last February, I've worked only an average of 22-24 hours a week. One would think that this gives me plenty of time to rest and get something accomplished. Not so. Enough sleep does help my depressions lessen, but I can't tell you about the energy.
I hope you are able to find some enjoyment in Ghana, instead of a lot of work and worrying.
