A battle of cookies!!!!
Okay so I noticed soon after Baby released thier sugar coated cookie series, soon after AP released thier Wonder cookie line.
I wanted to put them against each other.
Okay so first the JSK:
Okay so first off - colour. The AP one as always is very bright and a very OTT pink.
The Baby JSK is a soft pink that goes easily with any pink bow you have bought from baby or AP's old range.
Next off the print; AP is very OTT and huge, the print as cards, cookies and tea... an obvious take on alice in wonderland I presume? Anyway its too bold and sickly.
Baby's print as cards, cookies, cakes, hearts and roses. All are done elegantly and look lovely and sweet.
The material and lace - The AP one is typical AP material, soft but not the best of quality, the lace is lovely but not as expensive as baby's.
Baby's has lovely thick expensive material and lace, with good quality ribbon.
Now the design; AP has a sweet ruffle at the front and lovely ruffled straps.
Babys has a cute scalloped neck with heart buttons boldly at the front.
Over all in my opinion ; Its a win for Baby with 4/4, where as AP has 0/4 on the run against each other.

Okay so both of these only have one detail to make it obvious its for the print... a small image on one side. AP's has a pin type cookie where as baby's is embroided. The baby one is more detailed; with heart details and a lovely lace color. The AP one has big sparkly hearts. I hate sparkles generally.. so that looks awful to me.
Over all another win to Baby!!
Now which bow looks better?
This is odd as the baby one is not the only one designed for the print. I actually need the baby bow in my life.. I wonder if anyone could make a replica for me? Or I cold make it.. It looks stunning. Thr AP one only looks good on someone with huge hair.
I can't seem to find any from Baby, but here are the socks. Very overpriced as always but.. kind of cute. I need some sort of socks to go with my JSK, but I would prefer Baby ones.
Over all Baby wins, end of.
