you'll lose her if you can't control yourself. It's a play, a farce. It's not real.
You won't keep Cate if you needlessly get defensive, even if you think it' son her behalf. Having faith in her and showing your appreciation for it by telling her that having faith in her is what makes you happy will keep her.
Because no other guy in her life is mature and sensitive enough to say something like that.
