They had some kind of job fair for Kohl's this past weekend, it was posted in the gville community. Maybe you can still apply there?

Yeah, I might give that a shot. Apparently they still only have part-time positions, and they are putting on a fair for those.

I thought I would be able to temp while looking for my real job... I signed on at both Wal-Staf and TempForce. TempForce NEVER called me, and I was sent on only about 7-8 days of work with Wal-Staf in the two months I worked there.

It's pretty hard getting jobs anywhere right now, I hear. School's about to start and stuff slows down :/

Good luck though..

Maybe try a temp agency? I had a lot of luck with one.

Yeah, I've tried to temp agency. Well, not in awhile, but I'm on file with them. Last I checked they were still trying to find a lot of work for people who got fired from the university.

I've been checking on and off with the county, though.
