Death by Stereo incident

One person has died and five others have been injured after a fall out a second story window in Blacksburg, VA during a Death By Stereo house show. Reports say that the victims were trying a "Wall Of Death" and fell out the window of the house onto the concrete patio 20 feet below

no but really... thats such a fucking shame. ive read some stuff from a couple people that said the kids were doing a wall of death... huh, what a fuckin oxymoron for that night. as i get older, i want to go to shows less & less that i know shit like this is going to happen at. but i guess to some people being tough is more important than watching out for others.

ps, im getting sick of a certain community im in that keeps talking"hardcore is about the community & the message blah blah blah" when shit like this happens. community my ass. being upset AFTER you push 7 kids out a window does not justify community to me.

haha, i am sick of 'girls in hardcore' as well. it was cool at first, but now its just lame.

anyways, from what ive heard the kids doing the wall of death fell out the window. i'm sure it wasnt about being tough, c'mon guys, this was a death by stereo show. not tough at all. they were probably just having fun running around, and then that shit happened. dancing isnt always about being tough, but i see where youre coming from.

I just wish people would watch out for one another at a show instead of totally disregarding the wellbeing of the other people that are there. dancing is cool if you wanna do it, but when you dance and knowingly hurt others then you're outta line. there really is no reason to do any kinda dance that might inflict pain or death in this case on someone else.

Anyways I love you too steph and kat I'd love to go to converge but I gotta work Saturday. I'm a slave to the merk's....sigh....
