There was sort of a food fair on campus yesterday. I walked through, bought mulled apple cider (should've gotten some regular cider too, tsk), a tasty red pepper-almond dip and later, before a class, a cup of tasty hot chocolate. Oh, and I tried an emu pepperette. Score one for tasting unusual foods :P

Haven't decided on favourites for So You Think You Can Dance, but I have yet to catch a full episode. That being said, I wanted to point out that Izaak is from my (rather small) home town! Yay small town pride!

Also, I agree on the horrible hosting of Leah Miller. She's so... vapid. And it seems whenever the judges make any criticism, she's all like, "Well, -I- thought you were great!" Blagh. Give me Cat Deeley any day!

I think Cat Deeley's adorable, her hosting style's pretty effortless. I feel like she connects better with the dancers and the audience. Leah Miller is so... blah. She tries hard to be Cat and it doesn't work out. Vapid's the right word :/

Ha, small town pride's neat. I'm not rooting for Izaak, but he's a cutie.

Too bad the results show is only half an hour long, it felt so rushed. But I guess CTV has too many shows to juggle.
