Hanging out in T-Dot
I went home for a long weekend and had myself a good time. My oldest brother came into town as well (as he's doing the doctor thing in London [Ontario]), so it was good to have the whole family together. There was sort of a food fair on campus yesterday. I walked through, bought mulled apple cider (should've gotten some regular cider too, tsk), a tasty red pepper-almond dip and later, before a class, a cup of tasty hot chocolate. Oh, and I tried an emu pepperette. Score one for tasting unusual foods :P

Good Grief.
Only in ONTD could there be an epic discussion (and astounding confusion) about the Great Canadian Milk Bag. It's mind-boggling, and people had to take pictures of the bags in the pitcher just to prove it.

Paul Newman is dead. Rather upsetting news, he's one of my favourite actors ever, if he doesn't top the list already. I think I ought to have a mini-marathon of his movies... Sleepy in Ottawa - [Still Dreaming of Romania]
I bought and watched Atonement last night. Very good movie, I totally get all the fuss, but also rather sad.
