Palibhasa kasi call center yung customer service, and yung mismong mga serviceman eh contractual basis. Pure cost-cutting and capitalism purposes. Puro mga 3rd parties ika nga. :|

And yeah, you can write a complaint that on those days that you don't have an internet. You can ask for a discount for those days.

That is your mission. LOL! XD

Kami naman sa Globe more than a month walang internet, pero naniningil pa rin >< kapaaaaaaaaal!

We didn't have net for three weeks. Full bill pa rin. That was about last year. And yep, myPLDT din kami.
