I respect you for at least backing up your claims with quotes and such from the books. However, I don't think you're looking at the entire picture. Let's review the life of Sirius, shall we ( ... )

All I'm saying is that you might want to cut a dead man some slack

Can't do that. 6 reasons:

1- IT is a fictional character. It's real dead people that I would never touch (bash...whatever..). Fictional characters on the other hand are fare game.

2- I had the piece edited and it came back with very few red corrections concerning grammar and spelling.

3- I don't like the name 'Sirius'.

4- Before I started writing, I reached the conclusion that he was not innocent. I WANTED TO SHARE MY DISCOVERY.

5- The first time I read about him was in OotP (first HP book I ever read), and thought he was an 'alcoholic disaster waiting to happen' he'd either kill himself or someone else.

6- I considered it a good idea to have him conveniently killed. It removed a potential problem, plus making the readers sympathetic to his 'plight'.

I deleted a comment. I'm sorry. But my new silly policy is to delete Anonymous comments.

My DEEPEST APOLOGIES.

But 'Anonymous' and I have very bad history.

You can bash me as you like (or preferably not. I'd rather you attack the essay), but tell me who you are at least.

You must log in first. Signing your name won't do.
