I voted for Buffy/Faith! I think it really is an incredible fight and there's so much emotion between the characters. The stunt team really outdid themselves in that episode.
For AtS I picked Angel/Faith but admittedly I'm not so sure about that. I could have just as easily picked Angel/Spike or Angel/Hamilton.
The B/F fight in that episode was awesome. I honestly don't think they ever filmed another in BtVS that matched it, just by the emotional impact alone. Because Buffy wasn't there to fight with Faith; she was there to kill her. It was a huge thing for the character.
Ah, Ats. I had a hard time choosing between the Angel/Spike and the Angel/Lindsey fights. In the end, I had to go with A/S because it was more intense & personal for both characters, I believe.
I can't. *sigh* I just can't pick one. Each of those scenes had something different to offer and I'd be here until probably tomorrow trying to explain what I got from each one so I'll just say all of the above :)
I remember watching the commentary for "Destiny," and the director said that after they filmed the shot where Spike is punching Angel in the face, the crew broke into applause because Marsters and Boreanaz both gave such fantastic performances. "Drusilla sired me, but you made me a monster." Gives me shivers, every time.
I can understand why the Angel/Buffy fight is running even with the Faith/Buffy fight, as it's iconic and appears in the credits and all, but the Buffy/Faith fight is so intense! *flail*
Yeah, I had a hard time choosing between those two fight but in the end went with Buffy/Faith because Buffy wasn't there to fight with Faith; she was there to kill her. That was a huge thing to me.

I LOVE light-self/dark-self fights - especially with lots of subtext.

I know it was hard. Each fight I picked to put on the poll had an emotional depth to it.

Me, too. I think it's the best fight in either series, really.
