Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Sealab 2021, The Tick, Dexter's Lab, Powerpuff Girls... those are just a few of my favorites. Cartoons rule. :)

Why assume anyone should watch the work in anything other than its original language? To avoid dubbed goes without saying, but believing even the best English translation could replace the beauty and depth of meaning of the Japanese language is equally despicable. The "subtitlers" change the lines to allow for a less intellectually stimulating adaptation of the language.
Oh my, look, this is still the cartoon thread so I imagine my advice will go unheeded. Well, the above goes just as well for Kurosawa's filmography anyway.

If you are referring to simple and juvenile sources of entertainment, this very thread gets my nomination. The suggestion that real Mensans actually watch cartoons is quite humorous!
Unless of course you're referring to North Korean cartoons like "The Frog Guard" and "Worker and Parasite" of which I have examined on numerous occasions. A chilling way not only to brush up on the language but exhibit a case study in modern propagandist discourse.

sometimes even the smartest of folks need to take a break from thinking so hard and relax and laugh...

Agreed. There is nothing I find more stress relieving than to find the time to laugh at imbeciles and human constructs of generally lesser intelligence. Of all the times I've spent in the company of fellow (card carrying) Mensans, one of my fondest memories is of relaxing atop a stretch of ultramafic block covering the south of New Caledonia after a long day of marveling upon various new species of skink. When one of us remarked (correctly) how that day's discoveries would unfortunately bear little weight upon popular society's conventional wisdom, the ensuing discussion raised quite a brouhaha as we each compared personal stories of having to deal with everyday numbskulls- the hotel cleaning people, restaurant staff, and lower paid work assistants- who, under just conditions, would not be allowed to breed.
Good times, indeed.
