I thought that hitting Takashi and causing him to swerve would give me time to get away. I thought I had done it, gotten away. I wish that I had been able to understand the look of pain in his face as I shifted into fifth.

If I had then maybe, just maybe, I wouldn't be where I was at the moment.

The car hit me so fast that I didn't know what was happening. Then everything was flipping and flipping and flipping and now...

Gas... Brake fluid... It's all coming from the car!

I can't move! I can't get out! The seatbelt is stuck!

I see Sean running towards me... But I know...

I accepted my fate for both us, because I know he won't.

I took one last look at him and Neela and pray to God that they will be okay, because I won't finish this ride with them.
