Not the most recent episode but a different one.
I missed some of New!Who's Season 5 when it was on and just now watched the one with Vincient Van Gogh (which I missed due to both other priorities as well as being annoyed with season 5) and damn, I was in actual tears. It was pretty raw for me, especially considering of course it was set just less

Oh man, Vincent and the Doctor gets me no matter how many times I've rewatched it. It's just so sad and heartwarming at the same time. One of my favorite episodes of new!Who. :)

Definitly one of the best overall, not just since Moffat took the reigns.

There's little I can fault with it in terms of depth and emotion.
