It's nice to know comforting fact that life can't be chosen, it's been given.

We have this gigantic frontal lobe dedicated to thinking of the future.
What a serious pain in the ass it is when it gets in the way of the moment.
Fun is had when the future is out of thought.

I think a great deal of our culture's unhappiness is due to an excess of time spent thinking about ourselves and our positions in the society. I think we were meant to spend more time surviving, getting food and shelter, and getting to know our natural surroundings, and a lot less time accumulating plastics and tidbits of useless noninfo. even though dancing hamster robots ARE pretty funny.
