I’m surprised no one who went has really posted much about the trip to Renovo. Personally, I had a blast. I’ve never been camping before, so spending a weekend smack in the middle of absolutely nowhere is the closest I’ve come thus far. I got to swing my sword and toss my throwing knives, stuff I really don’t do often. I also got to finally break ( Read more... )

I think you should try the throwing knives on some of the disney characters. :)

I have Bioshock, but I've barely touched it. I keep hoping my brother will play it so I can watch, since I suck at shooters.

When you get back from Florida, can I bug you about meeting the orange stray kitten, or are you totally not interested?

Well, it's not that I'm not interested, but I have grown rather used to not having to take care of Percival, especially considering the traveling i've done recently.

and, this may sound silly, but the memory of Chloe is still kind of fresh. The thought of taking care of a cat when she gets sick or gets hurt kinda freaks me out. Especially since she'd be left alone a lot. I dunno. I don't think I'm ready for another cat just yet.

Ok, I won't bug you about it again then. The Chloe thing doesn't sound silly at all!

If I don't catch the mom-cat for spaying there will probably be kittens still around by the time you're ready. *sigh* And I suck, I need to go out and clean the cage we catch them in (the neighbor who owned it let vines and crap grow on it) but I'm so lazy. And I still don't know if it's best to just wait for her to have the kittens outside? My parents keep whining if I catch her and she has the kittens inside they won't be able to sleep because of cat crying.

I transfer the graphic by printing it out on a transparency (sheet of clear plastic/acrylic) then putting it against the screen, putting a sheet of glass over that (to press it flush) and then shining a light on it for five minutes. I don't know if the transparency counts as special paper.

You're welcome to come by and watch one night. I'll probably have to do some soon.

Disneyland was fun. I'll be posting all about it soon.
