Thats an awesome tarot picture. I always could relate to the fool.

I havent seen you post in quite a while.

thanks. i posted that as saying, "the fool begins his journey anew." i had a dream that related to tarot. i took it as a sign to stop updating my journal (probably for too many reasons to reasonably explain). and...my writing here was taking away from what i consider serious writing. most of what i feel now is expressed through my short stories @ writerscafe.org (under my name M.A. Torres).
i don't know if i will update this anymore. if you'd asked me the last time i posted what it would take to start again, i would have said i don't know. i don't know, still, but i at least know why i stopped posting. it isn't something so terible. it's mostly within me. but you are always welcome to write if you want to communicate. you can send it to my private email. and i still stop by on occasion to check things out. i heard your birthday is in 19 days.

Kip to Napoleon: "Peace out."

their first album cover looks like the picture i use as an avatar. that's pretty much the expression i had when i heard their first album. people have been known to be blown away by them. they opened for Tool in concert a few years ago. listening to them is sometimes scary. i think of the saddest or scariest emotions and their music tends to bring them out, but you face them and you realize your dark side isn't so bad or evil. it's just that necessary yang that is part of you. their music takes you to the edge of the abyss, you look in, it looks back, but somehow you're okay.

I went on you tube and some fan made a montage of all their albums and pictures, that was on there. Its pretty yangy for sure, but I think thats what makes them so unique. They definitly try to to please anyone but themselves. It reminds me some how of this dream I had. I was on a beach during a weird drum circle meeting, it was very trippy. "You look in, it looks back, but somehow you're okay." Good line, i like that. Thats poetry.

thanks. Krimson music can be scary but it always brings you back to safety. kind of believing in god if 'he' actually existed.
