The chinese, perhaps- I just happen to like rice with chili sauce (dunno if the chili really does belong to the cuisine or just an addition to chinese restaurants in the west, but whatever) =)

One kind of cuisine, huh? That's a tough one... I really like Japanese food but at the same time, I'd really miss empanadas and some old fashioned Hispanic foods. Does ice cream count as cuisine? Haha. XD Chili on rice? Hmm, I don't know if Chili is originally American or Mexican or... dunno. :3

Hmmm, I think ice cream kind of can be counted as part of the Italian cuisine, but I wouldn't bet the house on it =) Haven't eaten that much Japanese food- I like spring rolls though (or do those belong to the Vietnamese cuisine?), but truth to be told: if it wasn't because mom always picks that whenever we're to city and get hungry while shopping, I'd probably run for the hamburger bar ^^;
