K, so you know how I'm learning German? I was going to wait until I'm done with that to start learning Gaelic, but I forgot to delete my holds so my Gaelic books are in and I figured whattheheck. It's almost scary how similar they are. The pronunciation guide even uses German examples when there aren't English equivalents!

Have you ever felt happier than you ever have in your life? Felt accepted, free, loved, admired, equal, and better-than-you-used-to-be all at the same time? Last night, first I was Harry Potter and was trying to kill some minion of Voldemort, but I kept getting killed first. So good ol' Dumbledore would hit the reset button and make me try again. Canada rocked. What was totally random but really made the whole thing even more interesting was that there was a high-school Australian rugby team that I sat next to at an Imax movie. Very cool. But Canada even without rugby teams was awesome. I don't wanna be back home...

I came in second in my flute competition! Sher-min won, which is awesome. I didn't expect to beat her; she went to State and I didn't even get to be an alternate for that. :-D

Kai was sad today. He said he was sleep deprived because of the play, but now that it's over he doesn't know what to do. Being bored and sleep deprived in April when summer is coming is pretty much the most depressing combination. Poor Kai.
