Had to go pick Madison up at school. She fell off the swings on the playground and now her collar-bone hurts. Why the hell would they let her go on the swings at school when I specifically told them she should not...she is still wearing her sling. Thank Gord next week is vacation week so she will be at daycare where I know they will watch her

my sister broke her collarbone when she was younger. It just hurts when it happens but it still has effects on her now, it hurts when she exerts herself physically, whenever she runs or exercises she complains about it. You might want to get it checked out at a clinic.

Thanks Erin...we took her to the doctor last week and they did an xray to confirm that it was broken. We called the doctor yesterday and they said they would see her for a follow-up visit next week just to make sure it is healing properly. She is back at school today with strict orders to stay off the swings and jungle gym. Have a great weekend!
