This is an application for Kyubey, a main character of Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Therefore, if spoilers for major plot thingies aren't what you're into, you should turn back now.
Firstly: Prior to IC confirmation of a contract, all wishes and proposed results (up to and including the eventual appearance of a Witch, because that is inevitably event-worthy) will be run past the mods simply because of the, ah, potentials (I can't seem to find a plot or event page, though, so I'm not sure how I would go about this).
TERMS OF SERVICE
There may be no more than 1 contract made per 4 months. (Preferred options for alterations: This may be lowered to 2 months or 3 months if the mods feel it being that high is unnecessary; it may be increased to 5 months or 6 months if 4 seems too often.)
There may be up to 2 contractees at once. (Preferred options for alterations: This may be decreased to 1 at a time if 2 sounds like too many, or increased to 3 at a time if 2 is unnecessarily low.)
Post-death: whether it's caused by destruction of the Soul Egg or corrupting into a Witch, when the character is respawned their "soul" will have reintegrated with their body. The results of their wish will remain, but they will be both no

This will be limited to what is on Sacrosanct. The whole station cannot be affected at once. The basic structural integrity of the station and its life support systems can't be altered.
If, for example, the teleporters started malfunctioning as in the recent event, it would potentially be possible to wish them back to normal on a temporary basis - even a "I wish the teleporters would be fixed forever" wouldn't stop someone from fiddling with them or causing some kind of interference; nor would it return anyone affected to normal.
Something like, for example, wanting to turn an uninhabited apartment building into an enormous aquarium would be technically grantable, but depending on wording the specifics might include having to complete some aspect by oneself, with the wish simply smoothing the way for it.
- Affecting Individuals:
Anything in this category will require permission from all muns involved before the wish is "grantable". All player characters fall into this category. NPCs cannot be affected.
