=0) Just trying to be another customer. hehe. I do actually own that version of Norton Anti-virus. Sad as that may be. Some of your stories have similar counter-parts in the retail world. There are all types of people in this world. If only they'd let us have the Customer Appreciation Bat~!

**Looks and sees 300 spyware, 200 pr0n dialers, and 45 programs running in the background**
"It's full of malware and it needs to be cleaned."
"I'm not going to pay for that. I didn't put it there!"
**smash, smash, crack, splatooie**
"You, you, you just destroyed my computer!"
"No. I just put it out of its misery."
Remember boys and girls, computers run on magic smoke. Once that smoke escapes, the computer will no longer work.
