Oh, Mer! So many echoes of what we know, and such a tantalizing glimpse into what we don't! And House -- three legs instead of just two. :-(

Thank you! Hannah guided me gently into the universe, and it was fun imaginging backstory, but also interesting to see where the parallels worked (or didn't). Thanks for reading!

never thought I'd be interested in furry Wilson (even though I adore werewolves) but you made it work! :-) guess it's now time to check hannahrorlove's fics :-)

"You are the worst wolf ever," he proclaimed as he opened the door, though even Wilson couldn't have anticipated the need to shut himself in his own bathroom to avoid his nosy best friend; in retrospect, it was uncharacteristically shortsighted.
----> perfect! :D

You must read Hannah's story! She creates such beautiful, unique worlds. I just followed her lead.

Thank you for reading! I'm very glad it worked for you :)

This is brilliant. What a wonderful alternative explanation for why Wilson is the way he is, what happened to Danny, and Wilson's absence during House's infarction.

And I love the the tart humor in House's observations about not being an expert in werewolf decor and having Wilson bring back a fresh rabbit. :)

Thank you! Once Hannah told me that Danny was a non-expressing werewolf and Wilson spent most of his time as a human, the pieces all fell together. Wilson hides himself in whatever universe he's in - and all universes smack him down when he tries to live his own life.

Thanks for reading!

Always lovely to see a new fic from you! I love how Wilson is still Wilson, even as a werewolf.

Thank you! Wilson is an immutable force in the universe, whatever that universe may be :)

This is a great. I think as AUs go it is an amazingly plausible scenario. Wilson is so secretive and there has never been a good explanation to why he is that way. And I loved the little addition towards the end of where Wilson was at the time of the infarction. That is very IC as Wilson always has a way of turning House's own arguments back against him.

I'm a little too attached to canon, so it was good to step away from it, but there's only so far I can stray! hannahrorlove gets all the credit for the universe - I just found common threads that pulled me along.

Thanks for reading!
