skogkatt had a beautiful picture of Caitlin playing the harp up at her LJ a couple of entries ago. Beautiful! I loved her enactment of her poem at the Rhysling poetry slan, too. I'd love to tell her so--does she have an LJ, and would she mind your sharing her username?

I think it would be very easily to quite instantly become fast friends with you :-)

It was a very, very awesome party. If next year's is going to exceed it, I can only think that shape-changing will have to be involved.

Access to a pocket dimension with better air circulation would also be nice.

Seriously, though, the party (and most particularly our gracious hosts)? Made. Of. Awesome. (I can attest to that, being one of the "last dregs" that had to get shooed out at 0200; I'm so glad I decided to go for Thursday night, and to treat myself to staying over instead of commuting.)

I am bemused that I did not look as you expected. :)
Also, it really was instantaneous for me, too. Though it was most certainly cemented by the late night ass pillow giggle.
