There's a decision being made by the California Supreme Court today that may or may not overthrow Prop 8, and may or may not overturn the 18,000 marriages that occurred over the summer.
I don't have all my facts just now, I need to do more research. There's a liveblog that I'll be following as soon as I get the chance. -
