Don't give in to a knee-jerk reaction. I know, difficult advice to follow. But still.... ;)
I enjoyed the limited RP I had with LC on Saturday night. I certainly would like to get to know a lot of people better, but I always seem to be involved in something, and don't have as much time to RP as I would like. Even when I'm "resting", I'm apparently involved in something... (Mother's letter, etc)
I know that group dynamics do change within a game. Ask me about the _original_ Chegari sometime.....there's quite a bit of difference from then to now. It doesn't mean that people don't like you, or your character. It does mean that they are going in a different direction. Different is not bad, it's just....different.
Let me know if you want to chat sometime. I'm pretty busy tomorrow, but will be available from Wednesday on...
Firefox enjoys poking around/at LC XD She doesn't really care about being with military (not in the "I hate it" kind of way, but more of a shrug-whatever sort of thing), she's there because she wants to be and trusts LC enough.
shooting a rocket at him isn't in that category
Though I kind of wish I remembered what his name actually was so she could've brought that up at one point when he was drunk XD 'cause she's that borderline kind of playful but will be serious when it all matters.
Not really relating to you, or necessarily anyone, but I do wish people knew how to separate player from character; the difference is remarkable sometimes, and I think that no one should let those in-game and oog of players/characters cross into each other. Characters act the way they do for a reason, just like people do. But neither should be held accountable for the other.
Any problem I've had with you so far, I stepped back for a moment, thought about it, and then realized it really wasen't bad.. Sure occasionally I can get annoyed, but those bouts are short and far between. If you don't come to the next event.. alright... but I'd definately like to see you there.
As a clarification, I think you do your character just fine and I don't think you bark orders. I think the military things that Omega does are a huge turn off, which I see as a problem because it was designed as a military force. I'm not terribly military with my behavior, but I am formal enough.
I don't think I can say anything too constructive right now, but if you don't go to Isles, what's going to happen to Omega?
I can't say I know what's going on here, as I've not been to Isles yet. however, on a purely selfish note, I really do hope you'll be at the next event as I've already gotten things lined up for that to be my first event! I'm still working on exactally what sort of character to bring in, but you know me, I'll most likely create most of it on the fly as I did with Amaya.
Honestly though, I can understand if you want to take a break, sometimes games get too stressful. If it becomes too stressfull and takes to much effort, it's no longer fun, it's work. {HUGS}
