WOW, I had no idea this was going on! I thought they had just gotten on the ball and started sending us info. I should've known better! Thanks for paying attention...as I probably wouldn't have known to get any sort of form, and Lord knows that they wouldn't have let me graduate without some darn form filled out in November.
