Oh my goodness, this is sooooooooo lovely! Demora is darling and blessedly unannoying, the fight between Pavel and Hikaru made me flinch but seemed so perfectly real, Pavel pegging Hikaru as an athlete by his posture (mmm, yes please!), Hikaru being so strong in the face of true hardship, and Janice Rand as the therapist (LOL!!!! LOVE IT!) And I love Pavel, whose socially awkward genius tendencies translate very realistically to this job in this fic. I forgot that there was more than one part and was starting to get super anxious when the cursor was almost to the bottom of the page and there was no resolution yet. *facepalm* See, your stories are too good that I forget everything else.

Eeeeeeee, thank you so much! I was really stressing about writing Demora. In fact, I started out trying to actively attempting to make her "cute," but then I looked back at what I had and was like "Dang, I have created a total brat." So yeah... it was a challenge to figure out how much to dial it down without losing her personality completely.

I love Rand & Sulu's interaction in "The Man Trap" and have been dying to work Janice into a fic for a while now :) And yes, poor old Pavel is destined to be an overly gifted, awkward dork no matter what his particular field of expertise happens to be, awww.
