I guess this is what I get for not planning it better.

They wouldn't give up searching for me.
I went towards the direction of their vehicles, this would work for this situation.
Also, instead of going deep into a neighborhood to hide, I stuck to the biggest road.
Sucks being miles from home in a situation like this.
