That Sucks so bad!!!!! I'm really sad to hear your company is going this route. *sigh* You have long term stablity in that you are not a job hopper to show prospective employers. I'm not great with resumes and all that, I hope someone up there can help you polish yours.

Oh no! And here I was just talking to D&D today, who might be coming up to Casa faire to visit in September and were thinking it would be a great time to come and visit you! Hopefully you will be settled by then.

We just laid someone off here today, too. It's going around. The resume/networking skills are easy to learn, just keep in touch! *hugs*

Oh Jeez, Martin! What a total bummer. And to think of all the work they pushed on you during the last few months. Hopefully you got overtime pay.

My job hunting skills are ten years old, so I probably can't be much help, what with the new internets and the demise of newspaper classifieds. But I can say I had my best luck by keeping in contact with my old coworkers.

Good luck!

No such luck; I was a salaried employee, but thanks for the support.
