What a Fox has been up to
Well since my last post, I've both come down with a genuinely miserable flu, recovered from it, given it to Callie, had her recover from it and then had her go off to go house sitting. Yeah, that's a fair amount to have happened since then, but I've actually got some interesting pictures too. Not of me or Callie being sick or even of the house in question, but of some other cool stuff that happened. Our neighbors decided to go their separate ways and offered us their fish tank. Said fish tank had only a crawfish in it named "Rock Lobster", so since they didn't want him... we took him in.
I'm probably far more amused with him than I rightfully should be.
And then after I got better, but before this house-sitting business, we decided to dive a Goodwill Store just for the sheer hell of it. And after doing so, I was surprised to have found this laying in one of their little record bins.
Granted, it's nothing SUPER rare or valuable, but considering I paid $4 and it retails on eBay for at least $10, I think I coulda done far worse.
Aside from those finds, my downtime seemed to have cost me my classes this term. I'm a little bummed out there, but there's a chance I can still get in on a Sociology class that starts up in March. So I'm gonna cross my fingers I can bag that and then it looks like I'm gonna be busy with summer classes this year. Ah well. I guess in the meantime, I can try to bag up some more time at work.
Honestly, I'm half-asleep right now, so I'm gonna call this entry here.
