I'm with you on the you needing to tell yourself you're not a hideous ball of fat and hide in your room.
BTW: There is a point to existing, whether you have realised what that is for you yet or not.

I guess I just haven't realized mine yet. And I'm really trying on the not telling myself that...although I am failing at the hiding part.
