This is for my friends list who I love so dearly.

This has been the best time of my life, and I want to thank you so much for all of it. My family and my friends have given me so much during this time.

I will write a more coherent post tomorrow about senior week. But I just wanted to say that now.

If I could choose the niece I wanted to have, and her values and intelligence and interests and way of being in the world, you (and your sister Catie) would be the choice I'd make. You are, as I once told your Auntie Ri she is too, the bee's knees and the cat's pajamas, and I'm so very very thankful we're related. After all, a stupid bourgeois ORDINARY niece would have been so incredibly tedious...so thank you for not being that, and thank you for being incontrovertibly, categorically, characteristically YOU!

And don't forget we're going to see "The Pirate Queen"!
