Achieve a relaxed state via any breathing technique.
Focus on your heart chakra where all of your emotions and patterns of behavior come from. On the inhale pull all of the anger up to your crown chakra while thinking "sat" (sut). On the exhale release the anger through the crown chakra while thinking "yum."
