Achieve a relaxed state via any breathing technique.

Focus on your heart chakra where all of your emotions and patterns of behavior come from. On the inhale pull all of the anger up to your crown chakra while thinking "sat" (sut). On the exhale release the anger through the crown chakra while thinking "yum."

I used to practice it often, usually after doing stretching exercises. I think it helped, but I broke the habit long ago.

I got immediate results from this. My crown chakra was reacting within the first couple breaths. I should do more chakra meditations, at least be able to sit and do something while doing nothing. :p

Do you know any other ones?
