Yes, I am going to do reviewer responses to Reconstructing Madonna and pretend I have a super-justified reason for not updating in a few minutes. First, though, I need to give anyone reading a heads-up for a very important event taking place next weekend.

I missed the chance to sign up to write, but I plan on bidding. Might I be able to bid on an update to your Cliffhanger fic in your Roswell auction, or are you auctioning a new story? :)

I completely blanked on the day I sent in the sign-up sheet and forgot to include that I would update a current fic for a bidder - so officially, I'm just commissioning new stories. *is exasperated at self*

However - if you would like to bid on me (and I have a feeling you'll be the only one, lol), I would be happy to see if we could work out some special deal where I wrote a new one-shot and an update of the captive!Liz/Cliffie story, or even maybe instead two or three chapters of a new WIP focusing mainly on Michael/Isabel. From my understanding of the rules, as long as the author and the bidder are both in agreement, we can swing pretty much any challenge/deal in the book. If you'd like that, we can talk about it more on my Roswell thread when bidding starts this Friday. :)

And I'm sorry you missed the sign-ups. I just barely got mine in on time myself. Hopefully in the future, I'll have a chance to bid on you - you might even sway me to get outside my shipping box and ask for Draco/Hermione. :D

Oh my gosh, guess what, I got in last minute! I offered to write a fic in one of four fandoms: HP, Roswell, His Dark Materials and Dexter. (I went out on a limb with those last two.) So I'm going to write AND bid! I'm excited though. You will see me in your thread for sure; I don't think I could turn down the opportunity for a new chapter of Trick of the Light AND perhaps something new. And oooooh, you have a beautiful icon, I just noticed it!

Gotta run, the bf is over, but I'll be around tomorrow! *waves*
