full circle farm CSA recipes!

amanda and i signed up for full circle farm's CSA program, which basically means that once every two weeks, we pick up a box of delicious, organic and (mostly) local produce from a drop-off point in our neighborhood. it's only $30 a box and the luxury of having someone else decide what i'm eating for the week is fantastic. they send recipes, too, ( Read more... )

I am doing a cookery course next week. I am not looking forward to it as I find cooking to be insanely stressful. Those sound tasty though.

cooking doesn't have to be stressful! my biggest breakthrough came when i learned how to improvise, because following directions exactly stresses me out and takes a long time.. i hope the class helps!

they had a program like that at my school and all the produce was grown at the school farm but all the hardcore hippies signed up before i could get on the list : (

also, kabocha is soooooooooo goood.

It was hellllla good. It was more spicy than sweet, so if you want it the other way around, add less cayenne and more sugar.
